What is the best project management app for architects?

Is Space an alternative to Asana, Trello or a spreadsheet?
Yes. Traditional project management tools are built around boards, lists and sprints, which do not map onto a building — Space is built around spaces, drawing revisions, site meetings and approvals instead. It also includes the client and the consultants, which a per-seat software licence usually cannot.
How does Space work as a multi-agency collaboration tool?

Can my client use it without being technical?
That is the point of it. A client signs in with their mobile number, sees what is waiting on them, and answers a query or approves a finish from their phone — no email address, no training, no separate reporting call.
Does it work for a house, an office or a larger building?
All of them. A project is described as its own floors, rooms, terraces and services, so a two-bedroom flat interior and a multi-floor office fit-out use the same structure at different sizes.
Does it work in Hindi and Gujarati?
Yes. Voice notes and meeting recordings are transcribed in the language they were spoken in — including a sentence that switches between Hindi, Gujarati and English — and an English version is produced alongside.
Do I need to install an app?
